Cancellation Policy
At Little Light Studio, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to create a calm, personalized experience for you and your family. We kindly ask that you review our policies prior to booking. Booking A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. To make changes, please use your booking confirmation link or contact us directly. Cancellations All bookings are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel, please reach out—while refunds are not guaranteed, we are happy to review situations on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrivals & No-Shows To ensure every family receives the full experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to remain respectful of other scheduled clients. No-shows will result in the full session being charged. Each session is intentionally set aside just for you. Last-minute changes and missed appointments impact not only our time, but other families hoping to book. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to being part of your special moment.
